FAQ
Say hello to generating better leads with a done-for-you website marketing solution.

Website
Your visitors will love your site’s modern user interface and fast-loading pages. Whether you need a business site, online portfolio or an eCommerce store, you’ll get a visually compelling website that functions on every device and appeals to your audience.

SEO & Google
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) will help your site rank higher in search results. Add in an optimized Google Business Profile, and more people will find your business before finding your competitors.

Copywriting
Crafting the right message for your intended clients is a huge task. It’s often underestimated and it’s the #1 reason for project delays. My pro copywriters can write your copy from scratch, or expertly edit the copy that you provide.

Branding
Imagery is vital to the user experience. You’ll get a logo, color palette and beautiful-yet-legible fonts that make your site comfortable for people to read. For Atlanta clients, I can recommend pro photographers for your brand photo shoot.
Behind-the-scenes Benefits
Project Management
Every aspect of your project will be handled for you. You won’t have to learn how to configure software, spend time trying to hire a copywriter or worry about database backups. You do not have time for that.
And you won’t have to fill out any “client homework” or complete long questionnaires telling me how to build your website.
Like… that’s my job, right?
Branded Email
As you elevate your business, it’s time to get an email address that is connected to your website’s domain name. Using an email like you@yourcompany.com projects professionalism and inspires trust. Using an old hotmail address just inspires a lot of side-eye.

Safe & Secure Development
Your website will live on a private server. Think of it in a nice house on a quiet street. Not a large apartment building with spammy neighbors who use up all the community resources. Security, performance tweaks and software updates will be carefully monitored… you’ll have zero tech drama. And you won’t have to go through a chat bot or call center.

Big Projects don’t have to be Overwhelming.
Does your company or organization have any of the following:
- a long history/many years in business
- a very outdated or broken website
- dozens (or hundreds) of files or blog posts
- a lot of people involved
If so, it can be hard to see where to begin. A workshop can help your team figure out what kind of website will serve you best, and discover the best ways to promote it. If that sounds good, I have a no-risk proposition for you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
When should I start my project?
Your project should start when you have all your website content ready and when you can devote time and mental energy to it. You’ll need to be available during the discovery process, and during the revision and approval phases. Along the way, you’ll need to respond to emails.
If you choose to have my team write your website content, you’ll need to set aside time to be interviewed by them.
If you’re too busy or distracted to engage in the project, it’s not the right time to start.
What will you need from me?
Before I can begin designing your site, I will need the following:
- images of you and your team
- images of your workplace
- any videos you want on the website
- login/password to your existing website
- your logo and branding guidelines
- all information required to set up your online shop (if applicable)
- all text content: description of services, staff profiles, your bio, etc.
When will my site show up on Google?
While your site will be optimized for organic SEO, search rank is earned over time. You’ll have to spend time promoting your website after launch, driving traffic to it. Google will not magically start showing your site in search results the day after you launch your new website.
If a page-one rank is important to your business, a Pay-Per-Click strategy can push you higher in search results.
Should I use a copywriter?
Yes. Writing content for a website is different from writing a blog post, a social media post or a white paper. Previous clients who have provided their own copy have given a handful of words for each web page, or a gazillion words.
I work with talented copywriters who will create the content for your website. Since you are the expert on your business, we’ll need your help. This usually takes the form of a recorded Zoom interview.
If you choose to DIY your copy, we’ll provide guidelines to help you along. But your website design project cannot begin until after all content has been submitted.
What are your payment terms?
The default payment plan is 40/30/30. The time between payments can vary with how long the project is expected to take. The most common interval is 30 days.
- 40% to start the project
- 30% due 30 days later
- 30% due 30 days later
- care plan starts 30 days later
All major credit cards, checks and ACH payments are accepted. We do not accept PayPal.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes! Hosting and maintenance are covered in my worry-free web care plans. The basic plan is $75 month. I also offer plans for eCommerce websites and for clients who choose monthy content marketing.
