Client Story: Raleigh Hair Concepts
The Client
A veteran of the hair restoration field, Joseph has amassed a loyal clientele in Research Triangle Park in North Carolina. He has the combination of artistry and technical skill that is so necessary in that niche.
The Challenge
Joseph had noted that women were the majority of his new clients. He wanted a website that would focus on their needs, their concerns, and that would appeal to their esthetic.
The templated site built 10 years ago has served him well, and he was ready for a fresh design for his next chapter. His new website, a custom build, is filled with images of his own clients. These were taken during professional photo shoots complete with new hair systems, outfit changes… and the occasional champagne flute.
Joseph’s extensive knowledge sometimes means that some of the information on his main service pages is more suitable to those in the medical field that his intended website visitors.
The Solution
This website has the most robust technical and on-page SEO that I have donw to date. We’re set to begin pay-per-click advertising this summer and I can’t wait to start seeing lots of qualified leads filling out his contact form.
We included a page of written and audio testimonials, along with a whole section of awards and certifications on the About page. Joseph is convinced that people are attracted to his accomplishments, though I suspect it’s his warmth and relateable vibe that draw them in.
His social media manager has continued their Instagram marketing strategy, showcasing seasonal tips and photos from the website.. The footer on the home page features a highlight reel of his most recent posts.
Our next phase will focus on building his blog. We’ll streamline and clarify the messaging on the main service pages. And we’ll take some of the science-heavy topics from the main pages and feature them in the blog.
The Response
