The Client

Tatiana is a Master Russian court interpreter in PA and NJ. She enjoys a hard-won reputation of being the best in the business. She has 15+ years of experience working with defense attorneys, law firms and international companies.

After years of getting her clients from word-of-mouth referrals, she decided to launch her own website and attract a new kind of client.

The new website needed to convey Tatiana’s high level of expertise as an interpreter and translator, and her trusted status within the legal community.

The Goal

Tatiana is listed in all the local court directories, and they account for most of her business. The website intends to target other sectors:

  • Law firms: political asylum cases and document translation
  • Pharmaceutical companies conducting compliance audits
  • International companies needing an interpreter to travel on foreign visits
  • Visiting delegates from Russian-speaking countries

The Solution

I designed a brochure site for Tatiana, with classical imagery, muted colors and professional photos of her.  Because she has so many glowing referrals, we have a dedicated Testimonial page, and still had some to sprinkle throughout the rest of the site!

A Contact form and a new email setup will ensure that her interested visitors can get in touch. Google Analytics and a new Google Business profile will ensure that her new site gets found.

This lovely client announced her new site with a LinkedIn post: “I am so excited to announce the launch of my website! A big shout-out to my exceptional designer, Kelly Higgins, for her extraordinary talents and expertise, as well as endless patience with my never-ending specifications and requests. You exceeded all of my expectations.”
