Writing copy for your website isn’t like writing an email or a blog post. It’s certainly not like writing a resume. Most people try too hard to impress and end up sounding self-centered instead of client-centered. Home pages need to have punchy, bite-sized snippets of valuable info, where the goal of every line is to get the reader to read the next line. That’s it.
